Please note that room reservation, for the upcoming GSI Annual Conference in Patna, will commence from 11th July, 2026. The details of room tariffs of the Hotel Panache and Hotel Chanakya are as follows:

Accommodation Booking Guidelines
Delegates may choose to book their accommodations directly through the respective hotel websites or through the Glaucoma Society of India (GSI), as the rates offered are competitive across both options.
Shared Accommodations
If you plan to share a room with a family member or a fellow delegate, please arrange your co-occupant independently and make the payment based on the double occupancy tariff. Kindly ensure you share the details of the accompanying person with GSI.
How to Book Through GSI
If you prefer to reserve your room through GSI, please follow these steps:
- Submit your request: Fill out the official Accommodation Booking Form.
- Await confirmation: Once your form is submitted, a booking confirmation containing the necessary bank details will be sent to your email within two working days.
- Make the payment: Remit the payment to the provided bank account within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
- Submit proof of payment: Share your transaction receipt with the Secretariat by emailing both secretary@glaucomasociety.in and office@glaucomasociety.in.
Important Notices
- Please note that failure to complete the payment within the 24-hour window will result in the automatic cancellation of your accommodation request.
- The final tax invoice for your stay will be issued directly by the hotel where your room is booked.
Room availability is subject to change. Bookings through GSI in the above hotels can be done only if the booking is done for all the 3 nights i.e. 1st 2nd and 3rd October Nights.
